Description

Novokuznetsk Volynov Airport is an international airport of federal significance of the city of Novokuznetsk.

The airport complex has an air terminal and an on-board catering shop designed to serve two hundred passengers per hour, as well as a restaurant, a bar, a dining room, a 97-seat hotel, a hall for first and business class passengers, a guarded parking lot, a mother and child room.

At the moment, a new terminal with an area of 19.5 thousand square meters is being built with a capacity of up to 1730000 people per year, and the forecourt is being expanded. This expansion will make it possible to increase the level of comfort, as well as increase the number of flights.

At the moment, Novokuznetsk Airport is connected by an air bridge with the capital of Russia - the city of Moscow, the northern capital - the city of St. Petersburg, Novosibirsk, Sochi, Yekaterinburg, Ufa. New directions are also being developed, namely: Makhachkala, Irkutsk, as well as with international destinations.

Accepted aircraft:

Tu-154, IL-76, Tu-204, Tu-214, A-319, A-320, A-321, B-737-300/400/500/600/700/800, B-757-200B-767-300, Yak-40, AN-24, AN-26 and class below.


Features

Meters and pressure QNH (QFE and meters on request) are used at Novokuznetsk Airport.

Transitional level:

- FL50 when QNH 1013 hPa or above

- FL60 when QNH 977 hPa or above. but less 1013 hPa

- FL70 when less QNH 977 hPa

the height of the transition is 4000 feet.

At the moment, due to the construction of a new terminal, the installation of the aircraft on stands is carried out only with the nose only to the north-west, the departure is carried out by pushing nose to the south-west.

The request for departure clearance is carried out at the control room of the Novokuznetsk-Tower.

De-icing procedure carried out on appron (on traverse stands).

De-icing/anti-icing treatment of ACFT with running engines is not performed.

Towing shall be carried out with aircraft navigation and flashing lights switched on. The safety of towing shall be ensured by a person directing the towing.

Engines start-up of all ACFT types is executed on stands or on taxi route passing along the east side of stands 1-8.

The request for permission to start up, pushback, tow, taxiing for stands 7-8, taxiways A and B, small appron is carried out at the "Novokuznetsk-Approach".

The request for permission to start uppushback, tow, taxiing for stands 1-6, is carried out at the "Novokuznetsk-Transit".

Taxiing under own engines power via the small apron in PROHIBITED. Movement of ACFT on the small apron shall be executed by towing.

Landing sites W1, W14 are AVBL for take-off/landing of HEL.

HEL parking onto landing site W14 shall be carried out by taxiing under own engines power or by towing.

HEL parking onto landing site W1 shall be carried out by towing.

If the sideways component of the wind is less than 5 m/s, the "reverse start" procedure is used. RWY 01 is used for departure, RWY 19 is used for arrival. In agreement with the DP, other options for the operation of the AD are possible.

  • RWY 19: 1M (RNAV), 1J (NON-RNAV via NOW), 1B (NON-RNAV via UF), 1G (NON-RMAV via U)
  • RWY 01: 1L (RNAV), 1K (NON-RNAV via NOW), 1A (NON-RNAV via UF), 1F (NON-RNAV via U)

Standart instrument arrival procedures (STAR)

  • RWY 191P (RNAV), 1D (NON-RNAV via UF), 1R (NON-RNAV via NOW), 1C (NON-RNAV via U)
  • RWY 011N (RNAV), 1R (NON-RNAV via NOW), 1C (NON-RNAV via U)

Spichenkovo Airport is allowed to enter CAT I on runway 19.

  • RWY 19:   ILS Z(RNAV)/W(via NOW)/X(via UF) (CAT I), VOR, RNAV, GLS, NDB Z(via U)/Y(via UF)
  • RWY 01:  RNAV, GLS, VOR, NDB X
