Description

Igrim Airport - is the airport of the urban-type settlement of the same name in the Berezovsky district of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug and is located 1 km from the center of the village.

Igrim airport began its history in 1964. Initially, the activity of the local airfield was associated with the exploration and development of gas fields. Thanks to this activity, the number of residents of the village has significantly increased. Later, it began to be used for the needs of the national economy, and it was also used to deliver goods and medicines to remote villages of the Autonomous Okrug of Yugra.

The unpaved runway is 2030 meters long. Small aircraft such as An-2, An-24, Yak-40 and helicopters of all types can take off and land here.

From this village began the first transportation of gas from Western Siberia to the West. The first compressor station (CS) was built here, and the first string of the Igrim-Serov gas pipeline was laid.

Features

The airspace of the airfield Igrim with a circumference of 30 km and a vertical boundary from the ground up to 1200 m belongs to class G and is uncontrolled.

In Class G airspace, only emergency and flight information services are provided.
