Boguchany is a small regional airport in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. It was opened in 1935, served flights between the cities of Siberia. Currently, helicopters are based here. Passenger air transportation was resumed in June 2005 — there are regular direct flights to Krasnoyarsk.
During the years of perestroika, flights around the district and to the regional center stopped, there were no aircraft. Due to the crisis and the development of highways, passenger traffic fell to zero, but with the beginning of the development of the Lower Angara program and the development of the oil and gas complex, the airport gained a second wind. The number of departures has increased dramatically. So, if 41 flights were carried out in June 2005, then in June 2007 — 227.
RUNWAY 26 take-off / landing of aircraft with a passing wind component is PROHIBITED.
RUNWAY 08/26: Executive start no closer than 50m from the runway thresholds.
