Saint Petersburg Regional Center will be happy to provide ATC service at Pulkovo from 14 to 17 UTC. Caucasus ACC will meet you at Baku airport from 16 to 19 UTC. Adjacent Moscow Control ACC will be in operate as well.

We recommend you to load up at least a couple extra tons of fuel due to possible delays and use the published route for your pleasant flight.
