Omsk is one of the largest cities in Russia with a population of more than 1 million people. In terms of the number of inhabitants, it ranks eighth in the country, and in Siberia it is second only to Novosibirsk. The city with more than 300 years of history is interesting for its architecture, culture, traditions. It was from these places that the development of Eastern Siberia by the Russian Empire began. Now Omsk is a major economic, scientific, financial and industrial center, attracting not only tourists, but also young people from all over Russia with its educational and career opportunities.
