At Irkutsk airport, the procedure for de-icing aircraft is carried out in the areas for de-icing treatment, namely: on taxiway F opposite stands  67-69, on stand 62, between taxiway H and taxiway K.

During VFR flights, standard departure procedures are used for VFR traffic:

• RWY 12: ERSHI1A, KUDAI1A, PLISK1A, PLISK2A,
• RWY 30: ERSHI1B, KUDAI1B, PLISK1B, PLISK2B.

During VFR flights, standard arrival procedures are used for VFR traffic:

• RWY 12: ERSHI1C, KUDAI1C, PLISK1C, PLISK2C
• RWY 30: ERSHI1D, KUDAI1D, PLISK1D, PLISK2D
