Salekhard is the only city in the world located exactly on the Arctic Circle. Tyumen is a beautiful and quite large city, the airport of which is a hub for such Russian airlines as Utair and Yamal.

On October 10, from 13z - 17z, full ATC will be provided at the airports of Salekhard (USDD) and Tyumen (USTR), as well as along the route.
