On the fifth Thursday of July, the 30th, we invite you to a Samara regional event: an online day in Bugulma and Orenburg, taking place from 17:00 to 20:00 UTC.

Orenburg is a major city on the border between Europe and Asia, famous for its down shawls and rich history. It was here that Yuri Gagarin studied aviation. Bugulma is a cosy city in Tatarstan with a well-developed industry and a calm provincial atmosphere, where Jaroslav Hašek once served.

You can expect a warm welcome from the controllers staffing these airports. Other airports within the Samara FIR will be covered by Samara Control, while lower-level positions will be opened where possible.

Before departure, please make sure to review the latest charts and aeronautical information for the relevant aerodromes, and update your AIRAC cycle if possible.
